Terms & Conditions We offer a range of high quality enamelling supplies by mail order providing a specialist service to enamellers/enamelists worldwide. AS WE ARE MAIL ORDER SUPPLIERS WE ASK CUSTOMERS WHO PERSONALLY WISH TO COLLECT THEIR PREVIOUSLY ADVISED ORDERS TO CONTACT US BEFOREHAND TO ARRANGE A MUTUALLY CONVENIENT TIME. WE CANNOT UNDERTAKE TO SUPPLY ORDERS TO UNANNOUNCED CALLERS. CONDITIONS OF SALE All prices EXCLUDE VAT which must be included with all orders at the prevailing rate except for EC orders placed by VAT registered traders and all overseas/export orders outside the EC. Prices of precious metal items are subject to revision without prior notice according to prevailing bullion and currency exchange rates. Silver items are supplied semi-finished for customers' own hallmarking. In accordance with our policy of constant improvement, we reserve the right to alter specificiations and prices of items in the catalogue without prior notice. All sizes, where quoted, are approximate and descriptions are correct at the time of publications but are subject to alteration. We undertake to exchange, credit or refund any item deemed unsuitable or unsatisfactory which is returned in saleable condition within fourteen days of receipt. We only accept orders to a minimum value of £10 (excluding VAT and post and packing charges). We can only accept responsibility for any item which has been damaged in transit on receipt of notification IN WRITING within 48 hours of receipt. GOODS OUT OF STOCK Where goods are out of stock, we will substitute with the nearest available equivalent, unless instructed otherwise. PAYMENT All orders must be accompanied with full payment by cheque, postal order or ACCESS/VISA/MASTERCARD/DELTA/SWITCH/SOLO (including VAT and post and packing charges) PLEASE MAKE CHEQUES PAYABLE TO DIATHERM Education/health authorities may issue an official order, payment for which can be accepted by BACS. Telephone/Fax orders can be accepted for ACCESS/VISA/MASTERCARD/DELTA/SWITCH/SOLO cardholders only (We offer a 24 hour Answering Service). POST & PACKING, DELIVERY CHARGES - UK & OVERSEAS All orders are subject to packing/handling/admin charges together with postage/carriage/insurance charges which are all dependent on weight, value and urgency. Minimum charge is £1.50 PLEASE NOTE THAT CERTAIN ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE TO PERSONAL CALLERS ONLY. |
